About the event
In this class, we will practice yoga poses focused on improving spinal mobility and flexibility. The session begins with centering and gentle warm-ups, followed by Sun Salutations. We then move through a sequence of standing, seated, belly-down, and reclined yoga poses designed to support spinal health and overall body awareness. The class also includes breathing exercises and concludes with a deep relaxation practice to calm the body and mind.
