Kids Yoga on the Beach – Fun, Movement & Mindfulness by the Sea.
We explore poses, play games, and learn to relax—all while having fun under the sun! From holding Warrior poses to flipping upside down, from burpees to balance, we do it all. With the waves as our soundtrack and soft sand beneath our feet, it’s yoga kids love
We teach kids yoga at GEMS Dubai American Academy, GEMS World Academy, and Jumeriah Primary School.
