About the event
I couldn’t be more excited to share this — a free yoga class just for kids! Each session blends warm-ups, stretches, and playful movement, creating the perfect balance between authentic yoga practice and fun. This is one of my most loved and successful programs, and I can't wait to see your little ones roll out their mats and join in! Ages 4 to 13.
