In this 10-session series, we will warm up, practice sun salutations and yoga poses and relax in Shavasana at the end. We practice Sun Salutations on mantras. They help with the coordination of breathing and movement. The mantras are names of sun. Honoring the creation brings a sense of sacredness to your yoga practice.
