Join me this Wednesday on Zoom for a Legs-Focused Yoga Class designed to improve leg strength and flexibility, release tight hips and hamstrings, support better posture, and melt away stress and tension.

About the event
In this class, we will practice yoga poses focused on strengthening, stretching, and energizing the legs while improving overall mobility and balance. The session begins with centering and gentle warm-ups, followed by modified Sun Salutations. We then move through a sequence of standing, seated, and reclined yoga poses designed to activate the thighs, calves, hips, and glutes while releasing tension and improving stability. The class also includes breathing exercises and concludes with a deep relaxation practice to calm the body and mind.
